Rick has been a full-time real estate professional since 1987, Rick Oliver offers an exceptional set of experiences and skills to the Hawaii Island luxury real estate market.
Rick and his team specialize primarily in resort properties on the Kohala Coast, such as real estate in the Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea, Waikoloa Beach, Kukio, Kohanaiki and Hualalai resort markets. He also represents Buyers and Sellers in the areas of North Kohala, Kona and Waimea and all other locations along the island’s western coast.
Rick has a degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University and has over 30 years of full-time real estate experience. The trust and respect he has gained from numerous clients over the years has propelled him into that exclusive pantheon of real estate professionals who are well-known for their complete dedication to exceptional service and fiduciary responsibility.
His most notable achievements and awards include:
- Top Producer in the Atlanta Market including the the Phoenix Award for 10 consecutive Multi Million Dollar Club years.
- Distinguished Hawaiian honors include the multiple Platinum Pikake Awards, Top Office Producer Awards, and being among the top 3 producers at Clark Realty Corporation in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014.
An Enhanced Skill Set
Rick’s arsenal of real estate skills is enhanced by his in-depth knowledge of the property development process, from zoning to site planning and infrastructure development to final marketing and sales of completed product. His Big Island Country Club development experience has added golf course operations, water system planning and Planned Urban Development approval to his skills.
Armed with a comprehensive understanding of residential marketing, building development, construction sales and marketing, he has built, contracted, or principally developed over 1,000 residential building units, as well as six medium to large scale residential building developments.
Rick’s current undertakings include several development and sales projects in Hawaii, including the Nohea at Mauna Lani and Big Island Country Club.
