I just put TWO of our new homes in Nohea at Mauna Lani into escrow. Both homes are slated for construction finish in December of 2022. One property is located on one of our premium lots, #13. Lot 13’s location provides plenty of privacy near the end of the north cul-de-sac of Akea Place. The rear faces the Mauna Lani North Course’s 2nd fairway. Lot 6 is also a great location offering no rear neighbors and some filtered golf course views.

These homes—not condominiums—are resort quality and feature two separate guest suites and three other bedrooms, making five sleeping quarters and four full bathrooms.

Nohea is a 15-acre community featuring a recreation center conveniently located within the resort very near the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows. The recreation includes its saltwater pool, BBQ pavilions, and exercise hale with Life Fitness equipment. Owners and their guests are invited to use the owner’s hale for parties and events anytime. Nohea allows owners to vacation rent their properties for one week or more if they choose.

Nohea is pet-friendly and allows vacation rentals of 4 nights or more. Coupled with Nohea’s beautiful recreation center and exercise hale, the community is second to none within the Mauna Lani Resort and Kohala Coast.
