Many of the homes will have views directly to the Waikoloa Beach King’s Course golf along hole # 5 and # 6. Currently the selected home builder is HHB Builders from Kailua-Kona. Prices for the condominiums to start at $299k, single family homes to start at $650k or $950k for golf course front homes. Developer to offer pools and built in BBQ grills as options as well as landscape upgrades.
