January 2017 Update-Construction at Laule’a at Mauna Lani continues to move forward at a fast and furious pace!

According to the developer’s website and developer’s representative, “Residences 8, 9 and 10 are set to be complete by Spring of 2017, which will mark the official opening of Laule’a. These owners cannot wait to be the first to move into Mauna Lani’s newest community!”

“Framing has now commenced on 8 additional units in the community, of which 7 are already “sold”-with “hard contracts”, leaving 10 yet to sell.

There is currently only one residence officially listed for sale (#13)-$3.15m, which is being offered fully “turn-key” furnished. This residence will be ready to occupy by next Christmas (2017).“

-Detached Homes #5 ($4m) and #7 ($4m+) are under construction-not listed-with pool-facing the ocean-$4.5m. They are the 4 bedroom/4.5 Bathroom plans with small pools-2887 SF interior, finished square feet.
